RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

HGC Engineering has been involved in the approval and design of hundreds of residential development projects from big to small. We offer sound acoustical engineering services to developers, municipalities, civil engineering firms, architects and builders to ensure comfortable levels of noise and vibration inside and outside their dwelling units. We identify, investigate and recommend means of mitigation for nearby transportation or industrial noise sources and ensure the required control measures are incorporated in the development, from design to site inspections.

Projects range from noise feasibility studies for large greenfield development blocks to detailed noise studies for subdivisions, high rise condominiums and apartments.
HGC Engineering qualifies under Bill 124 which requires that all designers and practitioners applying for building permits must be qualified by the Buildings Branch of the Ministry of Housing and Municipal Affairs.
